you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

Looks like Joe Blanton has gone back to high school to bully white kids by committing flagrant fouls:

That's just good use of your fouls right there. Nothing wrong with an occassional tackle in the lane

#5 was the only truly bad one. #4 should've been a technical, not a flagrant (but also could've been a blocking foul on the Highland player). #3 probably should've been something more too, but #5 was the only one that was dangerous.

What I want to know is... why weren't the Highland kids defending their teammates? Fat boys should have been put in their place.

Kid who got fouled stepped out of bounds anyway. Should've been going the other way.

Howard has been cleared for exercise and can resume light baseball activity in mid-february, so right around spring training time.

Contreras has been cleared to begin a throwing program beginning Friday.

Polanco said he feels 100 percent. Pence will be ready for ST after his hernia surgery. Chloe began throwing and feels fine.

If Howard is ready for opening day, that would probably be good since Wigginton and Thome can be strictly bench players

I have to think he'll miss a few weeks of the beginning of the season because he's such a big dude and an achilles injury is tough to deal with, but its encouraging to hear that he's not dead.
