Rumor: Cuddyer close to signing a three-year deal with Al's Tire Center in Brookfield, WI. Rumored to be worth 25-30k AAV

wonder what the market is looking like for beltran. amaro had interest in him at the deadline, allegedly. would obviously cost you rollins and his knees may be completely done, but could be a nice addition to the middle of the line-up. and let mayberry play 1B full time until howard gets back.
On a scale of 1 to Chris Brown, how pissed is he?

About a week after we got kruk and about a week before we traded Samuel for Dykstra. Watching the game I was thinking its weird kruk played on the same phillies team with Sammy

My biggest "weird they played together" is Daulton on the '83 team. Never realized he had been around for so long until a few years ago.

Yeah, he was a September callup that year. I remember reading about him in the prospects section of the media guides of the early '80s.

I think I only knew this because he was my favorite player in 93. He's even in the 1983 playoff highlights video or whatever that DVD is having a catch with one of the pitchers. I think he was their Lou Marson that postseason.
