Just to be clear: That top line number is the Georgia number, not the general election number. I'm as bullish as anyone on Biden but I'd be a little surprised if he won Georgia by 7.

That's correct. His number in GA.

And yeah, it seems an outlier but interesting could even have an outlier like this.

Seems like a definite outlier but so would a Trump +5 (the 2016 margin) at this point which is kind of nuts.

I am growing more confident by the day that the election will be called for Biden no later than 11/4, if not an Election Night itself.

However, I have no reason to believe that Trump will concede. I still expect a mad rush of lawsuits leading up to the EC safe harbor deadline, but hope to be pleasantly surprised. After all, Trump is going to need to play nice if he wants a pardon from Biden.
