No. She was a reliable GOP voter (McCain and Romney I am pretty sure), but could not vote for Trump last turn. She voted Wexler (D) over Comstock (R), and Kane over (whoever). She was disgusted by Clinton and horrified of Trump so I think that she did not vote for president last cycle. There is no doubt she votes Biden this time.

Her family bias was cemented by a parade handshake from Regan and Bush. Hell, at this point she is basically a Lincoln Project vote out all the Republicans, excpet I think it is now sticky for her.
