I saw this and was shocked and then realized that it this is the Republican party and nothing they do should surprise me. I am not an attorney but that mailer has got to be illegal, no? Or is it okay because it came from the party and not the board of elections? I still think it implies governmental endorsement of a candidate which certainly cannot be legal.

Now there are three more Republicans added to the program for tonight: former NJ Gov. Christine Todd Whitman, former CA Gov. candidate Meg Whitman and former Rep. Susan Molinari.

Trotting out Republican lawmakers shows that this isn’t a far left militia taking over to force everyone into sharia law (which is neither socialist nor in line with getting rid of the police, but that doesn’t really need to be said to anyone with a shred of common sense or critical thinking).
I think it’s to keep the centrists and right of center people (and older folks in general) from freaking out about riots or the potential response that a Biden administration would have to riots.

Barr would then of course prosecute. It could be thrown to the courts. If they decide in his favor, he would get the win AND it would validate all his complaints about an unfair election, probably labelling dems as cheaters and destroying mail in voting in the process. Win, win, win, win. So much winning.
That's my conspiracy theory. Makes more sense than QAnon.
Presidents don't get to declare themselves the winner. There is this lil thing known as the electoral college that bares that responsibility. It will vote in December and its decision will be final.
