We reorganized our bedroom/closets/dressers today and I got rid of some sweatpants I never wear. Fits the thread title, so...

Neighbors who decided to spend their holiday weekend jack hammering for three mornings in a row are annoying.

Glad to hear they have a healthy relationship.

Did Seltzer's change their summer bologna (lebanon bologna) recipe? Was surprised to see it at Lidl the other week so I bought a pack. Finally opened it this week and it tastes sweet. And no it's not sweet bologna. Maybe the prepacked is different from deli sliced.

Was on the way back from a hike. Had some candidate yard signs I wanted to drop at some busier intersections. I'm coming off Rte 100 towards Boot Road in West Chester. Pull over to put some in this large grass barrier between the on and off ramp basically. Jog across the road as four kids are coming the other direction.

I put the signs in the ground and head back to my car across the road. I see one kid turn around and then stand there waiting to cross back. He does and then just takes a swing at one of the signs with his wiffle ball bat. I wanted to run him over. I yelled. Told him to stop. He said he didn't like him (sign was for a her). I said I wasn't going to leave until he walked away. He said I can stand here all day. He waited ten seconds before he tore it out of the ground and tossed it into the grass before rejoining his prepubescent pals.

So dumb. I did nothing to these absolute losers. Their joke or whatever wasn't funny or tough.

I put the sign back but surely they ripped it out on their way back home later. I hope they catch COVID.

Should have went over and asked him if he has accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior. Then slowly walked closer and closer to him until he was uncomfortable.

in order to put to rest our birthday/graduation/etc. drive-bys (of which we've done about 70 since the onset of the pandemic), and to do something for those commemorating memorial day in quarantine (or semi-quarantine, as it appeared) we did a 'parade' around the entire township with both fire companies and the ambulance squad. 6+ hours, 100 miles. Down every single street (except for cul-de-sacs) with 15 vehicles. Was very well received. Anyway, my point- at one house, this dude had a trump shirt on and kept pointing to it in order to (i think) solicit cheers from us.

I couldn't immediately think of an appropriate response given the circumstance. Flipping the bird is no good. So I just turned away. in hindsight, I should've just given a simple thumbs down. Wish I would've thought of that on the spot.

Go back, give him the thumbs down and tell him "The Jerk Store called and they're running out of you!".

I hate cherries.

Not a fan of cooked cherries (as in cherry pie), cherry cordials, or Maraschino cherries. But a nice ripe Bing is good eating.

At first I was glad cballs didn't get a beat down from the young hooligans. Then he wished Covid on them.

I am fairly certain I could have taken all four. They were tiny.
