Saw a thing that Warren pushed for him to be included.

One of the things that's struck me through this whole thing is that these Govt hating and constantly fearful of deep state intrusion Trump supporters have created the very situation that they say they are afraid of. They have created a president above the law that can do whatever he wants. If this president or the next president comes for them, they won't be able to stop it because article 2 rules all. They have created a King.

if we're talking the GENERAL election, hillary hate is a really potent weapon. its how trump won and the only reason bernie has become so popular thanks to the 2016 primary. and it's not like they're booing hillary out of nowhere, shes been on a month+ long bernie smearing spree. bernie himself has been smart enough to just ignore her but a muslim woman surrogate for being mad at hillary clinton for trying to split the dem party for no reason other than her ego is understandable.

honestly i hope hillary keeps it up because bernie has really only been surging lately thanks to her comments.

Washington (CNN)The Department of Justice revealed in a court filing late Friday that it has two dozen emails related to the President Donald Trump's involvement in the withholding of millions in security assistance to Ukraine -- a disclosure that came just hours after the Senate voted against subpoenaing additional documents and witnesses in Trump's impeachment trial, paving the way for his acquittal.

The filing, released near midnight Friday, marks the first official acknowledgment from the Trump administration that emails about the President's thinking related to the aid exist, and that he was directly involved in asking about and deciding on the aid as early as June. The administration is still blocking those emails from the public and has successfully kept them from Congress.

This is just a continuation of them making it the new normal. Senators have gone on record as saying it's not impeachable, and so now he gets everyone used to the idea that this will be the way things are. It's going to be hard for anyone to beat him if he literally doesn't have any rules to follow. Maybe he'll just close election booths in black communities. I mean, would anyone put it past him, and the GOP has already done similar things.

Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib booed former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton at a Bernie Sanders event Friday in Iowa. She addressed the incident hours later, saying in a statement she let her "disappointment" with Clinton's recent comments about Sanders "get the best" of her.

CNN letting her explain, but ignoring the cleave between Sanders Democrat by convenience and the party at large.

Upon mentioning Clinton's remarks, Langford [Sanders Iowa 2020 chair] was interrupted by boos from the crowd. She responded: "We're not gonna boo ... we're classy here." That was when Tlaib interjected: "No, no, I'll boo."

Anyone who continues to vote Republican for any office at any level is complicit in this. There are no "good Republicans," and any Democrat who thinks good faith debate or compromise with Republicans are possible is delusional.

Also, earlier someone referred to Sanders as possibly being the Democrats' Trump. The Democrats' Trump is Bloomberg:

-New York billionaire
-Spotty record of party identification
-Self-financed campaign, buying way into primary with massive TV buys and little ground game
-Horrific record of behavior toward and statements about women
-Long history of racism, both in personal beliefs and in actions that actively hurt people of color
-Facile claims of being a fixer or problem solver

He's only being allowed in the debate to try and stop Sanders from possibly going three for three in Iowa, New Hampshire, and Nevada. I fully expect him to come out guns blazing against Sanders and ignore the other candidates. If he's criticized by Warren, Biden, et al, he'll probably ignore it. Stunning that the DNC thinks that changing the rules to give billionaires more representation is fully appropriate, but not people of color.

Bernie plays the 'hurt but' game just like trump minus the insane twitter (he lets that to the Bros and his surrogates

Bloomberg is another rich fuck buffoon

I cannot honest say that I am excited by any democratic candidate, but I have no interest in continuing Trump's shit show

I do have honest concerns about the national debt. Nobody gives a rats ass about that in any way, shape or form. Tea Party was an extreme sham because we were just going to cut our way out of it while engineering tax cuts because we were so good at it. Trump is massively increasing the debt. Bernie terrifies me with the projected cost of his plans, but at least he is honest that we have to pay increased taxes, people-companies too.

The Des Moines Register poll has been delayed/cancelled since Mayor Pete’s name was off of at least one questionnaire. Jane Selzer is supposed to be the best pollster in Iowa so this is something.

This is horrific. Are you telling we're going to have to wait until the caucus to find out how Iowa voters feel?

We have a businessman in the White House who knows that the bottom line matters. Except, of course, when it doesn't. And in his way of doing business never did.

You would think there was someone among the Democrats who could raise that point and make it stick. Even if they they think the deficit doesn't "matter" in terms of being a current crisis point.

The problem is twofold. First, the Reps have done a great job branding the dems as the ones that blow up deficits, even though the opposite is true. Second, most of the dem frontrunners are proposing programs that will either require raising taxes on the top wage earners or increasing debt. The Reps will spin that to reinforce the branding from point #1 they've developed over the last 30+ years.

But I do think neither point should keep them from trying. The truth will never seep into people's brains if it isn't stated clearly and often. The fact that Trump is THE poster boy for bankruptcy and his first 3+ years have ballooned deficits should help make the case for them if they choose to hammer away at it.

Using #dershowitzlogic it would he perfectly acceptable for a President to order the arrest of a pedophile sex trafficker, seize all his files, have him murdered, and then use the #kompromat obtained to blackmail the pedophile’s Harvard lawyer friend to argue it was all ok.

I was never a Sanders guy (Warren is my fave), even in 2016 - I find plenty about him problematic - but this shit is enough to put me over the edge. Bloomberg is such an ass.

Only thing about this conspiracy theory is that I would expect it to be accompanied by a bankrolled run of anti-Sanders ads, which doesn’t (yet) seem to be the case. Of course maybe they are waiting for him to in win Iowa and NH for that.

Go Bernie.

Any cogent observer knows that Trump is Putin's puppet.

Perhaps Bolton reveals that to the less cogent: https://medium.com/@Simon_Rosenberg/where-bolton-is-headed-putin-71e09cff2e0c

#1 - Most people have the ability to sense that what they are doing or saying is wrong. What does it say about Trump, the self-proclaimed stable, genius, that he does not possess that fairly basic human instinct?

#2 - Trump literally has dozens of people, if not hundreds, he can consult about these issues. So he either (a) did not consult them; (b) consulted them and chose to ignore them; or (c) consulted them and followed their advise.
