This is a disease.

I'm not sure that's the right word for it. A disease a natural thing that happens. This is calculated and orchestrated. The Russians have done quite the number on us and Trump has followed his marching orders very well.

Manafort met several times with Konstantin Kilimnik, who is connected with Russian intelligence, and that Manafort shared the Trump campaign's internal polling numbers.

Assuming Mueller has proof of his claims—and surely he must—then this would appear to be the smoking gun that proves collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. The reason that Kilimnik & Co. would want the polling numbers would be to target their operations—either their online propaganda campaign, or their efforts to interfere with voting. So that would be Team Trump giving information to Russian, and Team Putin turning around and using that information to manipulate the election. If that's not collusion, it's hard to imagine what is.

Trump packaged up his hateful lies and read the teleprompter with suprising accuracy. For him, that's a win.

If you read a Pelosi/Schumer transcript, they win. Pelosi had an effective mantra, "the fact is..."

BUT they looked like Morticia and Lurch up there. The optics were just abysmal. One of them should have handled it, sitting in a leather chair, relaxed but firm.

Better yet, give that same message to someone more charismatic. Uncle Joe Biden would have been perfect, but I'm sure they don't want to boost his run for the WH. Same with Beto.
