How about an on camera statement from one of the blonds in the stable? Doubt it ever happens.

Did it come up that the historic Summit is now downgraded to a Meet & Greet?

Also, I heard something about NK's dictator tossing a bunch of his top generals, which I take as insurance against a coupe while he is known to be out of the country.

They will be addressing it on air per Twitter. Not sure who will speak or what will be said.

Cuban, an outspoken critic of Donald Trump, has previously said his decision whether to run hinges on whether his wife and family would allow it.

I would run as a "Republican before Democrat and most likely independent," Cuban said at The New York Times DealBook Conference in November.

"I think there is an incremental value for setting up an independent candidacy," he added in November. "The benefit of being an independent is you go right to the golden ticket time, if I get enough support in the polls then I get to participate in the debates."

Cuban running would almost certainly bolster the Dems chances of winning the White House in 2020.

Is there any evidence or reason to think this?

He would likely siphon off some Trump voters who voted for a "maverick" in 2016 and would prefer a less shitty alternative the next time around. I don't see Cuban appealing to many Bernie Bros or Hillary supporters.

I like Cuban. I voted for Bernie in the primary and Hillary in the general. If Cuban ran as a Dem I would definitely consider supporting him (depending on other candidates). If he ran as an Independent probably not just because it would likely be a wasted vote. If he ran as a Republican and managed to defeat Trump in the primaries I would consider voting for him if the Dems put up a weak candidate.

Just the opinion of one Bernie/Hillary supporter.

I feel and voted exactly the same way.

Maybe they will just run a clip of Rudy saying it was a simple mistake, that's all.

There was a damning SI article a few months back about the atmosphere of the Mavericks seeming shitty.

he's part republican/part libertarian, and was "honored" to be thought of as a candidate for VP for Trump before he became very jealous of Trump and started sniping at him

Cuban 2020: running where he rails against the influence of money in politics and how both parties are bought and paid for by interest groups while he would be truly independent. He would clean up government and make it work better and smarter for us by bringing it fully into the 21st century and improving its technology & procurement policies so it can deliver better services without raising taxes. And I imagine he'd run as a social liberal on things like abortion.

I dunno. I sort of think the basics of a Cuban independent run would have more risk for the Democrats than Republicans.

I guess request for pardon come all the time to the president, but the public outcry for pardons is a spectacle to me. Crapdashian last week, Simona Mangiante Papadopoulos on Fox trying to catch an eye, who's next and how?

the most risk of a Cuban run is the risk to our democracy. two billionaires in the race trying to lie to people that they're the leader of the common man, buying elections.

In my one brief dealing with him Cuban was a bit of an ass but that doesn’t shape my entire view of the man and his politics.
