Umm...3) Sean Hannity

Its curious. So now the judge ordered it. What becomes of the other 7? Of course his primary business seems to be paying off women that his clients have done wrong in some way makes it just more normal crazy (next level anymore means invading a small country to build a Trump resort I think).

Next logical question of course:

Ted Lieu @tedlieu
Why does Sean Hannity need a fixer?

Jumping right into the hypothetical "Can you imagine" which has become so fun...

Can you imagine if Obama had a crooked lawyer who paid off porn stars for him to hide things from Michelle, then it was found out weeks later that Rachel Maddow also retained said lawyer, even if there was literally zero link between the two? Fox would cover that every day for the next 50 years.

Psssh.

Forget 50 years. The only reasons they'd stop covering that story are: (1) Zombie apocalypse, and (2)...

yeah, I'm not sure there's a two.

You probably have to look no further than Fox's (especially Hannity's) treatment of Uranium One and Robert Mueller to "guess" how they would attack Obama in such a circumstance as Adolf is in.

I'm confused. Why was it necessary for Cohen to reveal his client list?

Claiming anything found involving communication between those clients should be considered privileged between attorney/cluent

Can’t confirm this, but I just saw a comment that Hannity has claimed Cohen wasn’t his lawyer because he never paid him. In that case, there’d be no attorney/client privilege. Could these stooges be any more stupid when they open their mouths?

You can have attorney/client privilege even without payment.

Even when the client says the attorney doesn’t represent him?

Well Trump apparently does not pay him either as evidenced to him taking out a home equity loan to cover Stormy's payday (actually what starts out to become her total meal ticket). I mean this guy has 3 clients, 2 don't pay him, and the third should raise a shit ton of questions, but he's got the downtown Manhattan office, swanky home, kid at that discount school Penn who appears to be living the good life, and a hotel room (I am still WTF about "his" hotel room). I guess those medallions are cash cows.

Fox News host Sean Hannity responded to the bombshell news that he was lawyer Michael Cohen's mystery third client during his Monday radio show, insisting he "never retained him in the traditional sense."

"Michael never represented me in any matter," Hannity said of President Donald Trump's longtime personal lawyer. "I never retained him in the traditional sense. I never received an invoice from Michael. I never paid legal fees to Michael."

But Hannity added that he asked Cohen "brief" legal questions.

Hannity also said he may have handed Cohen $10 and said, "I want privilege to cover me about this conversation."

Hannity said none of the conversations he had with Cohen, which he "assumed" were confidential, involved "any matter between me and a third-party."

I'm sure it's true that you don't have to pay a lawyer to in order for a conversation to be privileged, but it would also be crazy that anything said in the presence of a lawyer is automatically privileged.

Ohz noz, the new sanctions against Russia have been nixed. Nikki Haley announced them yesterday, but he's all 'no so fast' because he did not give her that much rope (or did he give her plenty of rope as the saying goes?).

Anyway, Trump also might be shocked at how many Russians the USofA sent packing. Two takeaways there: a) how would this surprises him, and b) who the fuck is running the country? It might be even more terrifying that he does not know, and things are happening.

File under awesome: Stormy Daniels got herself about 400 microphones in front of the NYC courthouse to announce that she is standing up for women, all women against someone (Cohen) who thinks so little of her gender.

Jeez she is playing this so well.

Also, her lawyer is a maniac. Sure he set this little show up, but he is killing it in the Q&A.

Apparently he's pissed off because he feels that his aides mislead him by advising him to expel 60 Russians. He thought Germany and France were expelling the same amount but it turns out it was 60 for the entire EU. He's an idiot.
