Friend of mine has been hounding me forever to watch the show. Watched the first episode and was kinda meh about the whole thing. Haven’t felt the urge to watch more really.

I felt the same way, it improves significantly in the second episode. The first one was the pilot and it was supposed to really just make fun of back to the future. The production quality and stories get way better after that.
