Just the idea of him telling a dirty joke is amusing."We all circled around him and Barbara for a photo, and I was right next to him," Grolnick said. "He reached his right hand around to my behind, and as we smiled for the photo he asked the group, 'Do you want to know who my favorite magician is?'"
"As I felt his hand dig into my flesh, he said, 'David Cop-a-Feel!'"
i'm sure he started this at 90 years old
and Bill didn't have sex with Monica
Maybe, maybe not. I'm not sure if you have known any male family members/friends/neighbors that aged and had problems with dementia/alzheimers, but other behavioral changes typically accompany the well-known symptoms of memory loss. It's very sad, and trying for those people who knew the man before those changes occurred. In particular, impulse control can degrade, along with the previous held restraints and perceptions of right/wrong behavior. Any public outing with strangers/acquaintances is a stressful outing that includes the potential for inappropriate touching. This is also part of why dementia patients are so difficult to manage in senior assisted living arrangements; it's not just the memory loss, but the lack of impulse control.
I'm not sure if that's happened with Bush, but I can certainly empathize with his family and handlers if this is what they are going through. If this is true, I believe strongly that these end of life changes should not affect a President's legacy, unless it's used constructively to open a dialogue about mental health and old age.

About 90% of the island remains without power weeks after the storm hit.
The American Public Power Association (APPA), the trade group for U.S. munis, confirmed that mutual assistance programs were not activated, but said PREPA had already contracted with Whitefish Energy by the time the trade group convened a conference call to coordinate aid. PREPA did not respond to requests for comment.
Florida and Texas went this route (if you remember PA sent people down, as did every other state capable) and Congress steps in to reimburse the money to help pay. this is how it usually works.
Something's up.

Basically called it disingenuous and said that they cannot scrape him of cable news networks. If he really was a principled guy he would not be bleating, but try to work the system and they had no evidence that he did. Plenty of evidence that he wrote a book, gave a speech, and said look at me. Every guest had unnice things to say about him. It was eye opening.

He has shown he either cannot empathize or is really bad at it and he doesn't drink. I'm sure that antiquated Just Say No attitude makes sense in his mind.
