Why should you be so certain when I am not so certain

Paul Ryan: "Do I like that he's subverted the constitution again and declared himself president for life? Listen, I'm not thrilled by it, but the people of America want us to get to work on tax reform, and that's exactly what we're going to work with the Supreme Leader on."
“Do I wish there would be a little less tweeting? Of course I do,” he said. “But I don’t think it’s going to change,” he added, then echoed Mr. Trump’s assertion that he uses Twitter to communicate directly with the public.
He [went on to] applauded the president’s new strategy on Afghanistan. (poster's note: lol)
“We cannot allow another safe haven for terrorists to materialize again,” Mr. Ryan said, labeling what he saw as a new Trump doctrine: “principled realism.”

Strange statement by Bob Corker considering that he is constantly asking me whether or not he should run again in '18. Tennessee not happy!

She is an emblem of the type of identity politics that the crusaders for Trump would tear into, and the fearful spouses would not get off the sidelines for (again). I just see it as a reboot of the 2016 scenario with the potential for more of the same, including the bombastic insult-a-thon election cycles. A 9 - 10 year run of hate driven presidential bids could doom the country, it is going to be bad enough in trying to recover all the credibility we have lost in the first 7 months of this administration much less where we end up.
She will be 72 for the next cycle, and I would like to see a different demographic returned to the white house. Aside from his rage fueled core that sustains him, you have to think that if Trump actually ever does the job that it will eat him alive. Warren would most certainly do the job, which would diminish her chances for successive terms as that would roll her to 80 in the end. Given where I worry we will end up, the country is going to need 8+ years to climb out of the Trump crater. There is a case to be made for age bias in this role.
I would completely want her involved in a next administration, just not as the candidate.
