Not very. It's not a Washington Post poll. It is on The Monkey Cage blog, which hosts blog posts about poli sci research.
They asked a bunch of questions about voter fraud, highlighted above, then asked:
If Donald Trump were to say that the 2020 presidential election should be postponed until the country can make sure that only eligible American citizens can vote, would you support or oppose postponing the election?
Which is not to say beliefs about millions of illegal votes are good or that it's not a problem that a decent sized chunk of people say they'd be for postponing an election. But if you're looking for a real measure of how many people support delaying the presidential election until only eligible voters can vote, you wouldn't ask a series of questions about voter fraud before it.

Seems like a hypothetical. It would have been interesting to get that call. Because they have no idea what I am, I get calls from both parties. Mostly I tell them to pound sand.

Guess I fell down the rabbit hole: TheHill reports that WaPo reports based on the WaPo blog having accessing to creating poll. It was a legitimate poll (vs a click bait), albeit very small sample (1325, focused on 650 respondents).
