You don't really have to go. It's more like "remember the Maine."

This whole group of "there's no evidence" that the Russians did anything to influence the election in Trump's favor haven't paid attention or read in article in the last 8 months or what?

Jesus, I'd almost forgotten what a profoundly stupid shitgerm Forrest Gowdy is, and frankly I'm not happy to have been reminded.

I'd wish asscancer of the face on him, but peering at his greasy, misshapen, unshaven mug on tv for 13 seconds today, it looks like he's already contracted it
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

Lawyers or FNC execs or someone got to Hannity. Slimy self serving "out of respect for the family" explanation. And I feel like an idiot for turning over from the basketball to watch it.

Mick Mulvaney is a cartoonish idea of a politician. He'd be what an overtly liberal hollywood screenwriter would dream up as an obvious villain in a film where a politician is trying to plow over some old grandma's home for a millionaire condo:
"This is, I think, the first time in a long time that an administration has written a budget through the eyes of the people who are actually paying the taxes," White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney told reporters in a briefing on Monday.

“Compassion has to be on both sides of the equation,” Mulvaney explained to reporters at the White House. “Yes, you have to have compassion for the people receiving federal funds, but you also have to have compassion for the folks who are paying it and that is one of the things that is new about this president’s budget.”

“If I can look you in the eye and say I’m going to take this money from you so I can help this injured vet, I can do that in good conscience,” he said. “I am a lot less comfortable to the point of not wanting to look you in the eye and say, ‘Look, I need to take this money from you to give to this person over here who really isn’t disabled but is getting a disabled benefit or this person over here who is supposed to use the money to go to school but isn’t actually going.”

so not only did Trump congratulate Duterte on the great job he's done on drugs (he's murdering anyone suspicious of dealing or using drugs), he also told him that we have two nuclear submarines in the area near North Korea

Duterte recently declared martial law in one region of the country and is going to go house-to-house to find two admittedly horrible suspects. i'm 100% sure he won't abuse the extra powers he gets from declaring martial law. 100%!

James woolsey used the Manchester attack as an entry point to attack President Obama:
JAMES WOOLSEY: Things are kind of coming to a head. I think the radical Islamists, and I would call them that, have decided to pick up the pace with the terrorist attacks, and I think we'll probably see some more. And we now have a president who is pretty straightforward that he is at war with them. He's not going to soft-pedal that. He calls them "evil," and we haven't had a situation like that. We did not have, in the eight years of the Obama administration, a president who wanted to fight and win a war, and --

SHEPARD SMITH (HOST): President Obama fought a number of wars and certainly didn't say that he didn't want to win them. It's very early -- Mr. Woolsey, with great respect, it's very early to make this a political matter.

JAMES WOOLSEY: He didn’t say that he didn’t want to win them, but I think that’s the way he behaved. Seems to me that’s pretty straightforward.

this guy is the former head of the CIA and was on Trump's transition team until he left. President Obama tried to preach the mildest form of restraint and he's looked at by these hard power neocon fools as basically not wanting 'win' wars and anti-American, etc.

The Melania hand slaps made it to CNN finally. their coverage had 2 things of note:

1. In Rome, which seemed more like a missed connection, Donald followed up the fail with an ass grab!
2. There seemed to be debate between the host as to what was going on, an they either had the mics hot or did not cut away fast enough before it was air "aw, that's bullshit". I think that the context would have been that Cuomo did not want to run the story apparently. It was a nice little laugh down at the coffee kiosk for me.

I like that it took until the 10th lightening crack in the tweetstorm to arrive at "(10) This is why the White House, GOP Congressmen, and far-right trolls like Louise Mensch want you to think it's LATE in the investigation."

That is 10 of 40!
