Just before taking office, President Donald Trump promised to donate all profits earned from foreign governments back to the U.S. Treasury.
But MSNBC has learned the Trump Organization is not tracking all possible payments it receives from foreign governments, according to new admissions by Trump representatives. By failing to track foreign payments it receives, the company will be hard-pressed to meet Trump's pledge to donate foreign profits and could even increase its legal exposure.

In the paper, presented at the American Association for Public Opinion Research's annual conference in New Orleans, pollsters and political scientists from Gallup, Georgetown University and the University of Michigan studied the daily Gallup tracking poll from July 10 to November 7, 2016. In particular, they zeroed in on one question: "Have you read, seen or heard anything about (Hillary Clinton/Donald Trump) in the last day or two?" They then zeroed in on the "yes" responses and categorized what, exactly, people said they had read, seen or heard.

there's no veto override of 2/3rds vote?
Scott said he would send the bill back to the legislature with suggestions to strengthen the bill to his liking. His specific concerns include what he considered weak penalties for sale of marijuana to minors and more time for a commission studying a regulated market.
In summarizing his opposition to the current legislation Wednesday afternoon, Scott said his priorities were protecting children from exposure to the drug and to second hand smoke and to "enhance" the commission that the bill establishes.
