Watched Nightcrawler and John Wick yesterday. Ghyllenhaal was great but the movie didn't really grab me for some reason. Liked it though. John Wick was a ton of fun as expected.

going through IMDB to check out the Oscar flicks and I have to say, I miss the message boards. There was lots of trash on there but also some really interesting folks sharing their perspectives and bouncing opinions and insights off of each other.

Salma Hayek is a remarkable looking 50 year old. If she looked exactly the same at 25 she'd still be gorgeous. also, her boobs are great.

The tour group schtick at the awards ceremony was actually pretty funny. not so the thousands of wall jokes.

I was watching with the sound off and only turning it on when an award was announced. Suddenly I look and the stage is aswarm with people.

Warren Beatty certainly looked senile, but I don't know that it was his fault.

that was bonkers to watch live but i was really invested in a moonlight win. can't believe an art film that cost 5 million dollars to make won best picture. good shit all.

whatever dude on stage giving the la la land acceptance speech that realized the mistake was cool n classy.

Warren opened the envelope and saw something was wrong and that's why he was delaying, then Faye quickly saw "La La Land" and announced that

"Thanks to my wife for making me into the man I am today...oh and we lost"
