I needed a larger audience to read about this heinous act.

An acute injury or just the repetition?

I actually had surgery to repair the other shoulder, pretty much my only medical malady to date, from a roller hockey injury.

Acute. Kid was 10 lb, 9oz at birth. Had one of those car seat/carrier things. Had him in a booth at restaurant, stood up grabbed the handle, lifted up, said, "Oh, fuck, that's not right...", then spent a month convincing myself it was going to get better.

Is anyone else slightly annoyed that pa fine wine and spirits has ads? I've been getting them on the CSN website and sometimes on tv. They are the only people allowed to sell booze in pa, and they all have the same product, why do they need to spend money on advertising?

maybe they're targeting new customers, non-drinkers. how convincing are the ads?

Also they're losing ground. Beer + wine sales in grocery stores are threatening their monopoly.

Surprised there's only one company in PA allowed to sell liquor. Didn't realize the Amish were that powerful.

But why? They are the only game in town, if someone in pa wants hard liquor or wine they have to go there. I guess the supermarkets selling wine is happening, but it seems incredibly limited. Why spend money on advertising?
