Bad news if I have bad shoulder pain all of a sudden. Good news is it only affects me when I'm at work or trying to sleep

i have a janky wright rist that i keep sleeping on weirdly. need to do some PT work on it. i suggest you help your shoulder out and get better before it inevitably gets worse

Yeah I'm hoping sleeping with this arm under the pillow was the (hopefully temporary) problem. I don't remember anything acute, even with all baby hoisting

Good luck with you wrist

it's mostly for charters/private planes. it's not even connected to the main concourse.

My *first* shoulder surgery was caused by lifting my son in his car seat thing. I highly, highly un-recommend shoulder surgery.

Knee surgery is like a vacation compared to shoulder surgery.

So, take care of that shit.

Massage/trigger point therapy has been a godsend. It's helped out directly with an old snowboarding shoulder injury. It also worked to eliminate carpal tunnel with massage on the forearms and plantar fasciitis with massage of the calves. Damn it sucks getting old and staying active.

Stretch out your arm, Palm down and find the trigger point just below the joint on the top of the forearm. It should hurt with decent pressure and actually send a sensation down to your thumb and forefinger. Keep working on that everyday for about 5 minutes here and there a few times a day for a few months.

An acute injury or just the repetition?

I actually had surgery to repair the other shoulder, pretty much my only medical malady to date, from a roller hockey injury.

watched 45 minutes of fixer upper at the gym and just as the reveal is coming this guy pops up next to me and puts on cnbc. second time that's happened to me recently. how people are too stupid to observe someone is clearly watching what is on or have the decency to tap them to ask if they're watching it totally escapes. then they compound it by putting on cnbc or fox news.

Yeah. My plane has 13 rows. Seems like mostly flights to Canada and third rate cities.

The food court was way better than any other terminal for sure.

There's this guy at work who never washes his hands after going to the bathroom (well, whenever I've seen him in the bathroom). Even after a number 2. Freaking sociopath, man.
