welp:
“If you get along and if Russia is really helping us, why would anybody have sanctions if somebody’s doing some really great things?” Trump said.

The president-elect spoke of meeting with Russia and its leader Vladimir Putin after he is sworn in.

“I understand that they would like to meet, and that’s absolutely fine with me,” he said.

Trump also stood by his previous remarks on China, which he's repeatedly criticized on the stump. The president-elect said he would not commit to the decades-old agreement of not recognizing Taiwan diplomatically, a policy known as "One China."

“Everything is under negotiation including One China," Trump said.

Donald J. Trump ‏@realDonaldTrump
For many years our country has been divided, angry and untrusting. Many say it will never change, the hatred is too deep. IT WILL CHANGE!!!!

Frankly the fact that neither George W. Bush nor Barack Obama embraced the healing powers of ALL CAPS MANY EXCLAMATION POINTS should be held strongly against them by history.

Heck, if Jefferson had just had the foresight to write:

That these united Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States, that THEY ARE ABSOLVED FROM ALL ALLEGIANCE TO THE BRITISH CROWN!!!!

think how much time and trouble it would have saved.

reddit post about how ACA repeal would affect them was heartbreaking. "well my 4 year old is probably going to die since I can't afford his/her medications" was a common theme.

Seen photos from Richmond and San Francisco. I mean not tens of thousands but sizeable for events headlined by a representative.

I've gotten to the point that I basically think Trump voters (we used to call them republican, btw, because that's what they are for the most part) are a bunch of pussies who were in such dire need of a daddy figure to keep them safe from librruls and terrorists and immigrants and blacks and gays and transgenders and the IRS and, dare I say, common sense, that they were willing to destroy everything that is great about this country. Empty-headed cowards. Their whole political philosophy is based on "please someone hold me I'm so damned scared."

Until you and your cohorts remove yourself from this bubble, you are not going to win elections. Trump won because millions and millions of people who voted for Obama in 2008 and 2012 cast their vote for Trump in this election. You can continue to label them as racists and bigots and cowards, but that really is just ignorance and excuse-making for your parties terrible direction and performance. Seemingly your answer is to move your party further in the direction that caused Trump to win the election in the first place.

Keep it up.........

it sure looked to me like TRump spent his whole campaign trying to make people afraid of every little thing. And it worked. The fact that SOME obama supporters voted for Trump doesn't discount anything I just said.

To be honest it's not going to accomplish anything. Republicans are dug in and probably see these rallies as a bunch of libtards whose policies were refuted in the election

Don't engage the moron. Republicans barely won. The idea that everything is broken forever is laughable.

Trump and this Republican congress now gets its chance to shine. No more blaming completeness ineptness on others!

This will end fine!

Though, we have learned that Republicans are willing to directly or indirectly solicit international interventional to erode our democracy and keep power. When your values no longer represent a majority of the people, start to get the people to fit your values. You know, like Russia.

While I think trump is horrible, we should keep in mind that the worst elements of a trump presidency would be found on any Republican presidency. I'm convinced there's a sizable contingent of sadists in that party who actually like the misery their policies on things like immigration, healthcare, workers tights, and the environment are likely to cause.
