Actually, it sounds like that's the one they're still looking for.

scanner just said they're looking for a suspect with black curly hair, that should be considered "extremely armed and dangerous, possibly with an assault rifle and explosives"

Maybe he exploded himself? They showed earlier that the police pulled back while he was on the ground. I assume the explosion would've been heard if that were the case though.
