Junior said he had seen the pictures of the suspects on Thursday, but he wasn’t sure it was the young men he knew until Friday morning. With the FBI searching the apartment so close to his shop, Junior went over and told the FBI what he knew. Asked what he had thought of the brothers, Junior said he thought they were “nice” kids. i had a muslim friend growing up who tried so hard to fit in and was kind of miffed at how he was not the most popular. he blamed it on him being muslim and would spew anti-american rhetoric well before 9/11. granted he never went on to bomb school... but it appears that these shooters/bombers are a little on the socially awkward side and look for reasons other than themselves for their issues.
