this is the best all encompassing david eagleman podcast/lecture ive found. its like 90 minutes and touches on a lot of the things he's focused on and written about.

If any of you have clear skies tonight, it'd be worth going to a remote area and looking north to see if you could see the northern lights. They're as active as they've ever been since I first started following them 3 years ago.

Here's a good website to look at to see if it's active enough to see in your area: http://www.softservenews.com/Aurora.htm

Basically, just follow the numbers and look up what you would need to their little map to see it. You would need to get out of any light pollution, though.

Maybe there's a life form on mars that we can't see but they can see us and our bot is blasting them with that gigawatt laser and they're all like "AHHHH WE'RE BEING ATTACKED" and we start a real war of the worlds
