Let them win their 2nd in a row - I could care less. Just dont wanna deal with the obnoxous Yankee fans all offseason telling us how they handled the Phils and did what we couldnt do.

how the F are we going to compete with them? the answer is offense. thats why we need holliday and adrian gonzalez!

another reason why i'm rooting against the yankees is because the AL fans talk like the NL is a joke. they make like it's the NBDL compared to the NBA.
all the yankee fans i know make fun of the NL so if the phils win I'll be glad to rub it in how they lost to a weak NL team.

Dear Chase,
I feel like I can call you Chase because you and me are so much alike. I would love to meet you someday. It would be great to have a catch. I know I can’t throw as fast as you, but I think you would be impressed by my speed. I love your hair. You run fast. Did you have a good relationship with your father? Me neither. These are all things we can talk about. And more. I know you have not been getting my letters because I know you would write back if you did. And I hope you write back this time and we get to be good friends. I’m sure our relationship would be a real home run.
If not for Jimmy Rollins' error in the ninth, Cliff Lee might well have become the first pitcher in 40 tries to shut out the Yankees in a World Series opener. Among the dozens who tried and failed were Hall of Famers Carl Hubbell (twice), Warren Spahn (twice), Sandy Koufax, Don Sutton, John Smoltz, Greg Maddux, and Curt Schilling.
