–Cole Hamels has given up eight runs in 10-1/3 postseason innings. Last year, he gave up eight runs in 35 innings.

–Jayson Werth has reached base safely in 14 straight postseason games.

Not if they go 6-5, 6-4, or 5-4.

That's the sound of every Dodger fan hanging themselves. I hate baseball.

fucking cunt.
that's what happens when you have your all-or-nothing guys come up after a lead 0ff double, you get nothing.

Chan hOWNED

Kemp isn't a primetime player. He looks like he's regressed out there. That was 2007 bad.

Fuck runners all over the place but no runs! It fucking figures they'd make the weak ass Phils pen look like they did last year. They're still the DOYERS! But again I blame Torre and his pitcher selection! What the fuck was he thinking? Wolf only gets 1 start unless this goes 7? HUH?

Watch the Phils do what the Doyers can't! Score with a runner on second and no outs!

This is what they get for not getting one clutch hit against a shitty bullpen. Ibanez will put it away right here.

I'm done, where's the rope.

I'm numb right now. The Phillies are such a great ballclub. Good pitching, clutch hitting, not an easy out in the lineup. I'm going to take a long walk after this game.

What an embarrassing performance in Game One. Hope some changes are made tomorrow.

Did you expect anything less...these are the Doyers! FUCK TORRE AND HIS DUMB ASS KERSHAW OPENING GAME PITCHER CHOICE!

Fuck it 4 game sweep so this ends quickly!

The worst part of the game for me is this fucking umpire. As long as the ball goes in the Phillys cather's mitt it's a strike. How about some fucking consistency shitty blue.

We've totally outplayed the phils, but here we are boarding the fucking failboat.

cmon Loney hit Victorino in the balls

They didn't tonight. Timely hitting thanks to bad umpiring, lousy pitching looking good thanks to shitty free swinging. Couple errors.

But maybe you mean you're physically attracted to them, to which I cannot comment.

I'm done after 29 years of being a sucker...this team can go fuck themselves after enduring 1991, the shitty under achieveing temas from the 90's, the Fox ownership and this stupid motherfucker and his crack hjeaded wife...I'm done fuck them and fuck Torre for pitching Kershaw fuck them all I'm done, done done done done...and if anyone say this just one game fuck you too...This was the game!!!!!! You don't win pennants let alone championships by pussying out on your home field...FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I appreciate that, nerd.

What I don't appreciate is Joe Torre's powerplay of trying to make Chuck's backneck into into a vagina or what ever that is above. It's a horrific sight.

I'd like to see Dodger fans try to spin that one. Torre has nothing to lose at this point. He'll pull any crazy move. Tomorrow he'll probably throw George Steinbrenner's corpse onto the field just to get a dumbass timeout.
Do it again!

Clayton Kershaw, a 21-year-old with a scruffy face seemingly meant to prove he can grow whiskers, was the Dodgers' new hope.

They said last night on the telecast that 14 of the last 17 game 1 NLCS winners have gone on to win the series.

Epic post FTN.

was the umpiring that bad last night? i noticed cole getting squeezed on some pitches, but overall i didn't have a HUGE problem with it.

I thought the plate ump had a small zone for both teams.

yea, seemed like he didn't want to call the low ball. but was consistent for both teams. the Beyondtheboxscore strike map had him as TERRIBLE ump. but he was solid i thought.

I dont' think that strike zone is the proper shape
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?
