She's beaten Serena at the French before. And Serena lost in the semis/finals in the last two slams.

Djokovic's range is just ridiculous. Among a thousand other reasons why I couldn't be a tennis professional, I would just quit about the third time I hit a seeming winner and it came right back at me.

Federer from 2004 to 2010 is the greatest run of all-time

I think he won like 15 during that period. Novak has won 11 since 2011. If he finishes out winning Wimbledon, Gold Medal, and US Open, then this will be the best run I would say.

I think many would argue that the fields are weaker now. Don't know if they're right, but I've certainly heard the argument.

Outside of Nadal, who did Federer have to go through though? Novak has gone through Roger (Tail end of his career but still an all time great) as well as Nadal and Murray.

I think I saw Federer is 11-23 against Nadal, which isn't a great stat when Nadal was probably the only guy who you can argue is better than what Novak is facing now.

Those two are probably the best ever. Would have been cool to see their primes overlap a bit.

I'd say you could make an argument for Nadal being the greatest ever if not for injuries. He handled Roger pretty consistently when both were in their Primes. Instead he will probably just be considered best clay court player ever.

Federer went through Djokovic and Murray at times, plus an older Aggasi, Roddick, and Hewitt. Federer had to beat Nadal pre-injuries in his prime, and Djokovic has had a slightly less ferocious Nadal for the most part. They are maybe the two all-time best. McEnroe, Connors, Lendl, Asche, Nastase, and Borg had each other to play against, and it seemed careers in general lasted longer back then. Heck, Connors beat Ken Rosewall in two finals in 1974, and Rosewall was a nemesis of Rod Laver.

I think you have to factor that into it. He couldn't stay on the court for an extended period of time.
