Serena was down 3-0 to a Brit in the 3rd set (down 2 breaks), won 4 straight games, lost two, broke Watson to stay in the match, then won two more games to win. The crowd was pissing her off by cheering at inappropriate times, and they booed her when she complained to the chair. It was nice that they all ended up being sad.

I'm very pro an American making stuffy British people sad on 4th of July weekend. Not much of a tennis fan, but the last set was compelling.

Yea, how dare that British crowd try and give the Brit homefield advantage.

You're telling me the crowd was backing a player ranked 59th in the world from their own country over the the #1 player in the world? How uncouth.

They kept cheering in the middle of points and such. The chair umpire reminded them that they were supposed to be quiet, and they booed Serena. I dunno, they're the people who get pissy over people wearing a black bra under a white shirt.

We are? I don't recall ever getting pissy about a black bra under a white shirt.

Oh and don't be a hypocrite Jerse, American fans are just as bad during the US Open. Like the Aussie fans are during the Aussie Open too.

she continues to show how classy she is by antagonizing a crowd who is rooting for a countrywoman who is currently 109th in the world. she's the worst and it sucks that she's the best women's tennis player to ever live because she's a pretty terrible person.

Isner doubles to lose 12-10 in the fifth. Got screwed a bit when it was 10-10.

Karlovic pisses away the first set in the tiebreak and then gets broken in the first game of the second.
