Soccer fields can vary in size, there is no absolute standard, but a soccer field is generally closer to a CFL field in size than an NFL one. Of course the CFL, besides being 110 yard long not 100, has 25 yard end zones instead of 10 yard ones and is wider than an NFL field by about 12 yards.
Never really thought about it before but how the #$!&@ do you play soccer on Astroturf, as the Atoms and Fury did? I mean you can but it must be hard as hell to control any kind of pass.
What did the Atoms/Fury do when they played at the Vet?
