Go through my post history and I was bullish on the situation because I"m a homer and naive, but there was so much fucking BS with this organization that you can't blame one aspect. Hextall was a control freak, Hakstol fell in live with shitty players, and the special teams coaching has been atrocious. The fact that Lappy is still a coach is horrendous and I assume he'll be gone soon too since Coach Q will want his own staff.
