Lehtera has no future here. He'll be gone after this season as his contract ends. Weise belongs in the A.
I get it that Vorobyev is young but he's talented. Let him play and learn from his mistakes. Sitting him the press box teaches him what? He could learn that much watching video tape. The kids have to play.
