So not quite but you are pretty damn close. I am glad I had to coach soccer last night and ended up missing the game.

Seems like either the coach's game preparation for the team isn't good or the players have given up on him. The overall play for the last week make it look like the vets are sandbagging him.

I agree that the goalies are a mess. However that doesn't excuse the forwards from their inability to help the defense by backchecking. Then there's the Provorov/Ghost pairing that has been bad. Everyone knew that AMac and Folin were not good but the top pairing playing this poorly is mind boggling.
If this team doesn't turn it around in the next two games, I'd be for making some major changes with prominent names being involved. The mix doesn't look like it works.

Just don't think it is Hextall's style do anything drastic like Homer would do in the past.

Agreed. Nothing happened during/after last year’s 10 game losing streak and then they made the playoffs. I imagine that will be the mindset/logic if this play continues for another week or two unfortunately. IMO a change won’t occur until it’s too late if it gets to that point

I question a lot about Hextall but I would think he would know how to handle a goalie and what is good for them based on his experience. There is a big difference between the #2 pick who was supposed to be NHL ready versus a young 2nd round pick from 2016 who hasn't played at the AHL level yet.

The age isn't the reason to keep him down, there is just really no reason to bring him up in this mess when he has very little experience at any high level hockey.
