He def has deniability re his wife's multiple troll twinker accts. This seems better for him than even if the son was the troll as he really shouldn't know this stuff

What about the shutting them down eight days ago and lying to everyone through tonight part. The accounts went private 20 minutes after Detricks email

It's his wife. She could say she overheard a weird phone convo with him and reporter or something. She can basically immunize him by sticking to one story (however unrealistic) in press. Just like how NFL domestic abusers get charges dropped by their battered ladies going to court/media to recant
