Coots was at morning skate (but not on the ice, obviously) and hasn't been ruled out yet. I'm going to be incredibly optimistic still that this is all mind games and hope he can play tonight or Friday.

Patrick will center 28 and 93. Filppula centers 11 and 17. 3rd line 21 in the middle of 12 and 40. And 15 centers 54 and 24. No D changes even with Hagg taking warmup.

If we had a coach/gm/org that actually believed in playing these very highly touted prospects instead of benching them when they make a mistake, this experience would be much more valuable. But I'm glad we get to lose on the backs of AMac/Read/Filp/Lehtera/Manning instead of Morin/Lindblom/etc.

I look forward to seeing Carter Hart and Morgan Frost in 5 years
