It's curmudgeonly broadcasters that piss on the current game and players. You know what's a bad way to sell a product to young fans? Screaming "get off my lawn!" every night.
Though I would add that's it's not a great selling point to veteran fans either to insist constantly that the game has gone downhill.
The Reds announcer guys are bad that way.
