i don't like their chances going into this series. all of the players they lost are key PK guys. losing 3 guys on your PK is so incredibly huge.

Especially when the Flyers' PK guys are on the ice for 40 minutes a game. I am sticking with my Flyers in six prediction though (admittedly that prediction is probably about 67% heart and 33% head).

Any ideas about who will skate in Lappy's place? Maybe they dress seven defensemen?

Maroon going to get called up at all?

Never know, but, IMO, unless there are more injuries, not likely. They did just add Ross though. I would have liked to see Legein.

Supposedly it's Nodl..........which is both sickening and embarrassing.

I can't understand for the life of me what this Legein kid has to do to get a shot.

Seravalli weighs in on the odds.........

According to Bodog.com, the Flyers are a +120 series favorite... pretty interesting considering they're the underdog in seeding.

He (and apparently you) doesn't know that +120 indicates you are the underdog, not the favorite.

Not only that, but let's say it was -120, it's not like that's an overwhelmingly favorite. In addition, the whole "underdog in the seeding" thing is ridiculous. Boston is a 6 and Flyers a 7. It's not like it's a 1 vs. 8 or 2 vs. 7. Plus, the Flyers had a better record than Boston and split the season series with them. Getting past his error reading the bet, his whole point was ridiculous. Seravalli's a douche.

Yeah, sorry for the goof on the last tweet. I just saw it quickly and threw it out there. Flyers are 'dogs at +120. I know better than that.

Carchidi

Here is how the lines are expected to look against the Bruins:

Carcillo-Richards-Giroux.

Leino-Briere-Hartnell.

JVR-Ross-Asham.

Powe-Betts-Nodl.

Breakaways. Powe figures to absorb most of Laperriere's minutes on the PK....David Laliberte, who played on Richards' line in the series-clincher against NJ, is expected to be a healthy scratch Saturday.....The Flyers' game plan: Play physically against Boston's top forwards, especially Marc Savard, who is returning from a concussion, and Patrice Bergeron.

I'm expecting some great +/- splits from that top line. Over/Under 8 points in the series for Giroux?

Under. I just don't see him averaging over a point a game in this series. Hope I'm wrong
