League seems to be doing great without any big changes. The money is in the big national tv contracts. You put the good teams on national tv. Having a few teams tanking means the best teams have more good players available to them.

Think pieces about the morals of ranking aside, I've never seen a convincing argument that tanking actually hurts the nbas bottom line in any serious way.

Just ask yourself, how much money is LeBron worth? Now, how much will he actually get paid?

Ask yourself if Cleveland having to pay him $90 million a year is really the best way to give a small market team a better chance to compete.

And LeBron's NBA salary is a small fraction of his income. He could play for free and pull in 50 million a year.

I'm simply pointing out how salaries are kept depressed in the NBA.

1. I feel like the LSU offense was so shitty last year there wasn't any concepts to give him open looks.

2. He was better and bigger than most college players and just got to the hole with ease /PiP

3. I'm assuming hes been working on it the last 3 months.

Whatever the heck system they were running last year it would be hard to even call an offense. It was insanely bad.
Johnny Jones is terrible.

Whatever ESPN jazz i was watching had some dude with a telestrator thing mixing in lineups with Simmons, Embiid, Okafor, Noel, Saric, D'Angelo, Oladipo, Jabari Parker, Dunn, Murray, etc
Even if you get run over by a clown car and pissed on by a busload of school children, it's still your responsibility to interpret the meaning of the event and choose a response

I love that LeBron is this kid's mentor. I can't think of anybody I'd rather have be his mentor, in fact. Not only does he work on his craft and his body like few others, he understands just how hard, and how much of a grind physically and mentally the NBA is. LeBron hasn't always been perfect in navigating those troubles - far from it, really, but he seems like a very introspective guy, and a guy that learns lessons. I'm so happy he's going to be sharing his insights about his trial, tribulations and successes with Benny.
