You don't do it without signing LeBron. But if you can sign LeBron and add Love to go with MCW and Noel, don't you have to try?

I'm too infatuated with Parker/Wiggins/Zombie Embiid. It's probably really smart to do it, but I don't know if I could pull the trigger.

I'm just thinking that this kind of moment is what you collect assets and make cap flexibility for in the NBA: When really top talent becomes available, you're in a position to make bold moves. It's what the Celtics did getting Garnett and Allen and, of course, what the Heat did getting LeBron and Bosh.

I believe getting LeBron would definitely be good enough bait for Love. I bet there's a team out there equipped for that. Something like half the league could give LeBron the max or near it with minimal or no maneuvering

Love could force his way here and we wouldn't have to overpay. BUT the problem is that we can't sign LeBron until after the draft and we would be trading for Love during the draft. So I guess don't worry about trading draft picks for Love right now.

No question. The advantage, though, is you show LeBron you're not just going to stick him with 4 rookies. Big risk, yes. Possible huge reward.
