Keenum and Foles are basically the same imo. We win yesterday with Keenum as our QB. Any team committing long term starter money to either would be a mistake. Worst part of yesterday may be the Giants not going hard for Keenum now. Eagles just better team and better coaching.

That's fine with me if they do that. The type of QB they would get there isn't very impressive from what I have seen. May be looking at a Baker Mayfield type there.

Just watched the condensed game... god bless youtube.

Three things that jumped out at me: The first was barnett's play to cause the fumble and stop the Vikes drive when the eagles were only up 14-7. HUGE play, just HUGE. The Eagles went on to score another 10 points before the half. The game could have gone very differently if the Vikes score a TD there.

The second was Foles throw with about 2-3 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. He was scrambling and threw a sidearm toss about 20 yards downfield to a wide open receiver. LOL, wut. That came out of nowhere and literally made me yell watching the dang highlights.

The third was the number of times the eagles needed 8 yards and got 9 or needed 10 yards and got 11, etc. They seemed to always get just enough for a 1st down.

They'll have their hand full in two weeks (so will the Pats), but man is this fun.

Can't get into BGN, but BwF is great and No Huddle is better than I thought at first, ESPs voice annoys me.

anybody ever see those 'merrill cam' videos? Just saw one for the first time today on FB. (yesterday's game isn't up on yoohootoob yet; if i see it i'll link it).

But it's very interesting to see all the work that the producer and spotter do. It's also funny to see that sometimes Merrill seems annoyed as the producer hands him another fact sheet. I was under no impression that the stuff they rattle off is all from the top of their heads, but it's interesting to see just how much the producer influences the on-air commentary.
