The Eagles FEAR it’s a completely torn ACL. Well of course that’s their fear, but nothing will be confirmed until the MRI. Hopefully it’s only a partial tear.

As far as Foles goes I’m not too worried. He’s a solid QB. The team is just going to have to depend more on its RBs and defense.

Way too early to be able to guess at this point. There are so many factors with swelling and bleeding and things like that that the way his knee looks now doesn’t matter

We are 11-2 with the division wrapped with 3 games to go and still a decent shot even with Nick Foles at QB to be the 1 or 2 seed... do you really think Jeff Lurie, who has been to one SB in the 84 years he has owned the team, and Howie F'N Roseman aren't going to exhaust every option at improving over Nick Foles in January when you need another QB anyway??? If you don't you aren't paying attention this year. Who knows if he's even interested but Romo is 37 (fact check) and who cares if he's a porcelain doll... you don't need him for a whole season this is Carson Wentz's team... you need him for at most probably 3 games as an insurance policy to take your best shot this year... if he got hurt in a playoff game, you are back to Foles where you are now

Do you really think two guys who haven't played a second of competitive football in 11 months and have absolutely no familiarity with your system are an improvement over Foles?

If this was September or October, I'd be totally on board. But at this point in the season, it'd be ridiculous. They're finally (barely) starting to get Ajayi involved more, and he's a running back they traded for a month ago. This is quarterback we're talking about, the steepest learning curve of any position.
