I hate to get over confident - but one sign of good teams - are that they overcome oddities. Eagles had a slant and a good run, but called back on that first drive and then all the penalties (which have evened out somewhat at this point) - but the fact that the momentum wasn't there til the end, but here we are at half-time and the Birds are up by a TD and get the ball first. It's a good sign.

The truth is, we're missing our best cover corner and 2 starting LBs and we've still kept the to 10 points.

A lot of game left - but all things considered - not a bad place to be at half-time - Go Birds!

Yeah, one of those plays don't make highlight reels or show up in box scores in any special way but was key.

I didn’t know Suzy Kolber is a local Born in Philadelphia. She is a 1982 graduate of Upper Dublin High School. Importantly, she went to Sandy Run Middle School in Dresher, per wiki.
