Go North on Harbor, then East on Ball Rd. Should be a just a bit down further at State College intersection on your left.
If you've never had In and Out, get the regular burger first shot.
Or if you're a fan of grilled onions and thousand island get it Animal Style. If your a fan of pepperchinis add chopped chili's to the burger.
