Sears sold Craftsman to Stanley Black & Decker for $900M, allowing Stanley to make and sell Craftsman stuff anywhere. Welp that should put the nail in the coffin for Sears/Kmart huh

If it's a person you see regularly, then it should be the first time you see them on the 1st and later. If a coworker was out until today, than it's not too late to wish them a happy new year.

Pretty much, and they still have the lifetime warranty on tools without moving parts (rakes, hammers, sockets, etc)
