Over 15 million people thought "Yea, Trump seems like the best option I guess." A friend of mine who's 28 and had never been a registered voter before told me today that he registered just so he could vote for Trump.

The difficulty with this is a significant share of any state's electorate doesn't know the names of both of the state's US senators. So the results resemble fan voting for the All Star game.
