So basically they're gauging the turnout in certain precincts and using that to project the vote totals, as well as predicting the turnout and vote totals in the corollary precincts.
Of course it could suffer from GiGo if the underlying poll data isn't good. Be interesting to see how close them come (if at all). Hasn't been updated in an hour or so though.
