There was a shift towards R's across the nation. We had races around NJ way closer than they should have been. I truly hope jh's trust in people like Ryan and Rubio is not misplaced.

The good news is that the overwhelming majority of what Trump wants to do is impossible under our federalist system.
The bad news is that we'll need the federal courts to rule in litigants' favor to overrule a full GOP federal government.
And 2018 looks really tough for Dems too. Holy fuck we're in trouble guys.
