The benefit is that they would all then officially own the consequences of the next four years and potentially pay for it in 2018 and 2020.

My local hospital will. Probably the local physicians (who probably mostly voted Trump) will. And of course the people who have received expanded Medicaid in AR through the private option will. And it will hurt our state budget, so that affects me because it will definitely cut into the university budget.
