Came home an my roommate was, apparently, throwing a birthday party for a his coworker.

I was slightly miffed at him not telling me in advance for approximately 30 seconds before I was offered a cocktail and pizza.

My roommate is a good dude.

i dont typically nap at night, these are usually late afternoon siestas

i naturally wake up toward the end or after a Rem cycle. pretty great feeling.

its a luxury, dont always get the chance for 3 hr naps

I generally nap on the couch from 10-11, get up, walk the dog (not a euphemism) and then go to bed.

On weekends, I try to catch 20-30 minutes at some point during the day. Hopefully, right after lunch. Occasionally, I'll sleep for an hour.

You really shouldn't need 3 hours to nap, although maybe I just wish I had that kind of time.

If I try to sleep when anyone else is in my house is awake they will immediately find me and wake me up. It doesn't matter what time of day or night it is. I hate it.
