Supreme Court Validates Obama’s Power Grab
By MICHAEL F. CANNON
Today the Supreme Court allowed itself to be intimidated. Afraid that ObamaCare as written would throw the sickest patients out of their health plans a second time, the Court rewrote ObamaCare to save it—again. In doing so, the Court has sent a dangerous message to future administrations: If you are going to violate the law, make sure you go big.

The Court today validated President Obama’s massive power grab, allowing him to tax, borrow, and spend $700 billion that no Congress ever authorized. This establishes a precedent that could let any president modify, amend, or suspend any enacted law at his or her whim.

ObamaCare will continue to disrupt coverage for sick Americans until Congress repeals it and replaces it with reforms that make health care better, more affordable, and more secure. Despite today’s ruling, ObamaCare remains unpopular with the American public and the battle to set in place a health care system that works for all Americans is far from over.

aHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahahahahahahahahahaha.Hahah. Hahahaha. Hah.

Michael Cannon, the best of the Holy Grail Black Knight imitators; "You yellow bastards, come back here and take what's coming to you! I'll bite your legs off!"

thank you. Wow, that's good. thanks, TPie.

He forgot to point out that the court leans to the right and the vote wasn't close.

Craziness. It's hard to think of Virtua as an underdog, but this Norcross fiefdom stuff is pretty sickening. And just that this stuff happens all the time. This one's a little odd in that it's brought to public knowledge, but there's no real effect the public can have on it.

Passed the Senate by 26-12 and is expected to pass the Assembly with between 46 and 51 ayes. Our legislators are a fucking disgrace.

I didn't know the 2 of you were so close. I believe I said that TPie may have been agreeing with someone, but not Cannon. You see how you misconstrued what I wrote? If not I'm happy to try again.
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

Huckabee views the Supreme Court's ACA ruling as "unAmerican", evidencing a profound lack of understanding of how the federal government actually works.

Any way we can have this guy's citizenship revoked?

Thanks. Now explain why the normal process can't be followed in this matter. Oh, and "every" tier 1 trauma center means all three of them, or, rather, the other two.

So the way to fix that is to ram legislation through in 14 days? Especially since they had the previous four decades to do it?

Clarence Thomas cited the NBA in his dissent with the Fair Housing Act decision. His reasoning? Racial imbalances aren't always a bad thing for minorities!
