Weird Easter transition. Long ago gave up the religious part, but always did the big ham. Did a few years after being remarried, but Mrs TP is not very interested in the traditional Easter fixins (no complaints, but no huzzah). So I was making this big meal for myself.
This year, we just went to the lunch buffet at Ruchi, the new Indian place in Exton. Got to the same exact place as with a traditional Easter meal -- on the couch with food coma for a 90 minute nap.
I really value Indian, Chinese, Thai, and Viet restaurants on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays - because you can always get a table with no waiting.
