Yeah man, went to my parents on Saturday for Easter dinner with them and then had Easter dinner at home yesterday with my inlaws. So many hard boiled eggs, asparagus and ham. My piss is green my farts smell like a sulfur mine and my tongue feels like it's going to crack up. Havin a Monday over here.

Looked at this house twice over the weekend. Shame it's going to go for much more than listing price (it needs a lot of work inside that we couldn't afford after getting in a bidding war). That pavilion thing behind the pool has a 12 person hot tub, bathroom w urinal, blacklights, 15" speakers and disco ball built in to the roof, an outdoor shower, and built-in grill. There's also a two-story (finished) tree house, parking lot for around 10 cars, three fire pits, a beach, and a twelve foot waterfall.

outside stuff is cool, but the few inside pictures look pretty bad. also the mismatched siding on the exterior is weird to me.

Kitchen and some of the hardwood floors need a complete overhaul. Black mold in the basement. Unfinished sun room. Also, the deck wraps around the house and needs to be replaced. Easily 50 grand right there. Bed rooms were nice!

looks very liveable, if you're not in a rush take time with the inside fixup.
